Free insured shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, and every shipment is fully insured while it travels to you — at no extra cost.

• Dispatch. Most orders ship out within 2–3 business days, although when we're really slammed it can take a bit longer.
• Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Insurance. Every shipment is insured in transit. If anything is lost or damaged on the way to you, contact us at hello@freshwaterpearls.com and we'll make it right.

International shipping

• Canada: delivery takes 1–2 weeks on average.
• Other countries: delivery can take as long as 2–3 weeks.
• Duties and taxes: you may need to pay duties or import taxes to receive your order; these are not covered by us.
