Refund policy

60-day returns

Every order is covered by our 60-day return policy. If you're not happy with your pearls, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Return shipping is free. We cover the cost of getting your order back to us.
• Starting a return is simple. Email us at hello@freshwaterpearls.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
• Condition. Please send items back in their original condition, in the box and pouch they arrived in.
• Refunds. Once your return arrives back to us, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method and email you a confirmation.
• Exchanges. Prefer a different length, size, or piece? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange instead.
• Damaged or incorrect orders. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
